Refund policy

At Ela Varen we want you to always be happy with your purchase. Please note that returns are not free: return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the cases of the legal right of withdrawal explained below.

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 30 calendar days from receiving your order to request a return, provided the following conditions are met:

1. The product keeps all its parts, components and original packaging.
2. It shows normal use; returns due to breakage caused by careless handling are not accepted.
3. If it is an intimate hygiene product, it has been thoroughly cleaned before starting the return.
4. In case of a defect, it was reported immediately after receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we find that the product has been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.

How do I request a return?
Send an email to soporte@elavaren.com including:
- Order number
- Reason for the return
- Photo of the product (if there is any damage)
- First and last name
- Address

We will reply with the correct return address. Do not send the parcel to the original sender; wait until we give you the address.
Once we receive the return, we will process it within a maximum of 7 business days.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14 days, under European Union law)
If you are a consumer and make the purchase outside your professional activity, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to exercise this right:
You must inform us clearly (for example, by email to soporte@elavaren.com) within that 14-day period.

About shipping during withdrawal:
As we work with an automated shipping system, we cannot stop an order that is already on its way. If your order is in transit, wait until you receive it and then proceed with the withdrawal; you can let us know in advance if you wish.

Refund:
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard outbound shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 days from receiving the returned product (or proof that it has been sent). We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase, at no additional cost to you.

Return costs: the cost of returning the product is borne by you.

Note on additional costs: if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard option, we do not refund the additional cost resulting from that choice.
